  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Certifications: Okta Certified, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of identity federation and access control models.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience with SaaS deployments.
  • Proficiency in problem resolution and advocacy.
