Overview

Enode is on a mission to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing energy devices. They are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead their work with large, complex customers and build the Customer Success function.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority customers.
  • Own the full post-sales cycle for accounts.
  • Build the Customer Success function within Enode.
  • Collaborate with product teams to evolve products.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to improve customer journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or management consulting.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Start-up mindset with a drive to build a climate-tech business.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in the energy sector or API products.
  • Bonus: Experience in product management.
