In Short

  • Lead global CX initiatives alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Query and analyze data from multiple internal systems.
  • Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain repeatable data workflows.
  • Design and refine customer surveys.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Contribute to the evolution of CX processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer experience or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and programming/query languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with CX platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in crafting surveys and conducting analyses.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
