In Short

  • We’re hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to serve as the connective tissue between our GTM strategy, operating cadence, and financial plan.
  • You’ll own the forecast, drive execution of our annual plan, and build the RevOps infrastructure that enables our business to scale to $100M+ ARR.
  • This is a lean team, meaning you’ll be in the trenches — optimizing pipeline mechanics, enabling speed to insights, driving forecast accountability, and agentifying reporting and commissions where it matters most.
  • You’ll work side-by-side with our SVP of Growth & Ops, CFO & VP of Finance, GTM C-Suite leaders, and functional GTM leads to translate our vision into operational clarity.
  • Ideal candidates are strategic operators with a bias for impact: highly analytical, obsessed with clarity, and comfortable getting their hands dirty with systems and data.
  • You’ve led lean teams, worked in high-velocity environments, and know how to prioritize without perfect inputs.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Revenue Operations Leadership or Commercial Strategy experience in B2B SaaS.
  • PE-backed or investor-led scale experience strongly preferred (ideally $25M → $200M stage).
  • Proven ability to own and deliver forecasting in partnership with Finance and Sales.
  • Deep comfort with operational data — you’ve built reporting from scratch and can self-serve insights.
  • Hands-on systems experience and/or management of systems teams (e.g. Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Clay, 6Sense, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success operating at speed with lean teams and shifting priorities.
