Overview

The Associate Solutions Account Manager (ASAM) works to expand our relationships with small to medium sized (1-2 provider) OP practices by identifying further business needs and developing solutions through new services to address those needs. The individual will be the primary OP contact for assigned practices and will be tasked to manage incoming requests (support questions, finance questions, sales leads, etc.) The ASAM is responsible for owning client relationships, driving adoption and usage of OP services, and maintaining targets in place for upsell bookings, retention, and revenue growth. This is a commissioned quota carrying position.

  • Manage assigned client segmentation (up to 200 practices).
  • Oversee Revenue Growth Targets across your territory.
  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with clients.
  • Complete business review presentations with clients.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OP roadmap for new products.
  • Track all calls and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on competitive solutions and healthcare standards.
  • Act as primary client point of contact for needs and conflicts.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a “can do” attitude.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Polished phone presence and professional demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • 1-2 years prior sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT preferred.
  • Four-year degree preferred.
