  • Responsible for an assigned book of business as an Associate Account Manager.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of direct account management experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial health insurance or pharmacy benefits preferred.
  • Strong customer experience focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
