The Associate Account Manager supports the Account Manager team in managing customer and patient needs, focusing on insurance verification and patient management.

• Support the Account Manager team for Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy.

Requirements

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in DME, billing, or insurance verification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
