Overview

The Collections Specialist II is responsible for managing third-party billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate payment of claims, and processing payer appeals.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, and Medicare billing preferred.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Collections or medical billing experience preferred.
