Overview

As a Collections Specialist at Labcorp, you will play a vital role in evaluating and processing client and patient correspondence, contributing to life-changing healthcare breakthroughs.

In Short

• Evaluate and process internal and external client correspondence.
• Utilize various systems (mPower, LCBS, LCLS, Mobius, Artiva) for billing tasks.
• Compose professional email communications for updates and follow-ups.
• Run status checks on invoice/claim correction files.
• Follow approved SOPs for correspondence requests.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of applicable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in correspondence or healthcare billing.
• Preferred experience in medical billing or accounts receivables.
• Strong correspondence and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of Labcorp healthcare billing systems preferred.
