Strategic Pricing Director - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Pricing Director is responsible for the pricing function of the Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions business, working across various teams to drive growth and profitability.

• Responsible for pricing strategies in Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions.
• Supports the development of financial policies and tools.
• Partners with sales/business leadership for commercial strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and commercial terms for client agreements.

• Provides input for RFP/RFI responses and project discounting.
• Motivates and develops employees into leaders.
• Requires a BS degree in Finance or related field.
• Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
• Remote position with occasional travel required.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare/Pharma/CRO industry.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience interacting with diverse backgrounds.
• Self-starter with collaborative work style.
• Ability to accommodate different time zones.
• Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
• Ability to travel domestically and globally 10%-25% of the time.
