Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

MedTrainer is seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team remotely from Mexico and support our U.S.-based accounting and customer success teams.

In Short

• Manage and reduce outstanding accounts receivable balances.
• Contact customers to secure payment.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Document all collection activities in the ERP system.
• Generate reports on collections activity and performance metrics.
• Maintain professionalism in all collection efforts.
• Work independently in a remote environment.
• Support U.S.-based accounting and customer success teams.
• Fluent in English required.
• 1+ years of experience in collections mandatory.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• 1+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable support.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Organized with excellent follow-up habits.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
