Overview

PadSplit is hiring an Associate Account Manager to help us deliver scalable, high-impact support to our growing community of hosts. This role will engage hundreds of hosts through webinars, office hours, email campaigns, and educational resources to ensure every host receives meaningful value and the tools they need to succeed.

In Short

  • Develop and facilitate webinars and group sessions for host onboarding and support.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to achieve quota targets.
  • Build proactive communication cadences for consistent host engagement.
  • Create scalable content to empower hosts with self-service solutions.
  • Use host data to identify challenges and deliver insights.
  • Encourage expansion opportunities among hosts.
  • Collect host feedback and share insights to improve the host experience.
  • Promote peer-to-peer learning and highlight success stories.
  • Onboard hosts purchasing existing PadSplit.
  • Reach out to hosts failing to meet PadSplit standards.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills for group presentations and written communication.
  • Dedication to helping hosts succeed.
  • Experience in building scalable success or education programs.
  • Understanding of account management and expansion opportunities.
  • Comfort with data analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and webinar tools.
  • Ability to adapt and refine approaches in a startup environment.
