Traveling Pharmacist - Remote

Overview

Nuvem’s Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations by covering or providing overlap for the current pharmacy manager. Our goal is to make you feel empowered in the role that you play when managing the pharmacy and personnel in conjunction with the pharmacy manager.

In Short

• Traveling pharmacist role covering various locations across the US.
• Expected travel requirement is 50-75%, potentially up to 100%.
• Responsible for patient care and pharmacy operational management.
• Engage with clinic providers and clinical staff.
• Provide drug-related education to patients.
• Manage pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Focus on patient safety and quality assurance.
• Maintain inventory and financial profitability.
• Must comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred location near a major airport, ideally Dallas.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy required.
• Required licensing as per federal and state regulations.
• 3 years related pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting is a bonus.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• Immunization certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform fine motor skills.
