Overview

The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in driving key programs and initiatives that align with Nuvem’s strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and implementing process improvements.

• Oversee and execute major strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights, build consensus, and drive execution of key initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create high-quality presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify project priorities and resolve obstacles.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Function as a trusted advisor to the Customer Executive Leadership team.
• Foster a collaborative and growth mindset-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or program management.
• Strong facilitation and process improvement skills (Six Sigma, TQM certified).
• Advanced proficiency in developing presentations and playbooks.
• Preferred: Experience in a customer-centric organization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Prior team management experience.
