Sr. Manager, Events and Brand Experience - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Events & Brand Experience will play a pivotal role in driving conferences and events that align with Nuvem’s strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at managing a wide range of conferences & events working cross functionally on strategy and execution to maximize and measure impact.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of Nuvem event planning while meeting strict deadlines and staying within budget
• Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts
• Maintain exhibits and conference calendar, including preparing and shipping materials to shows
• Stay current with trends in event planning, design, and production
• Travel and manage national conference exhibits and events throughout the year
• Lead the planning and execution of customer advisory board meetings
• Assist departments in planning and executing internal employee events and meetings
• Foster a collaborative and growth mindset-oriented culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Substantial experience in event planning with a proven track record
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
• Advanced proficiency in project management
• Experience working in healthcare industry (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills (preferred)
