Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed by a Board of Pharmacy.
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.
• Board certified in a relevant area.
• Knowledge of chronic disease states and medication therapy.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
