In Short

• Join a strong team of clinicians and analysts.
• Provide expert medication therapy consultations.

• Supervise the Clinical Care support team.

• Work 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in multiple states.
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of chronic disease states.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with diverse patient backgrounds.
• Willingness to obtain licenses in other states.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
