Overview

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing services to client/patients of the CareMetx non-dispensing pharmacy, ensuring compliance and quality in pharmacy services.

• Provide services to clients/patients of the non-dispensing pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Conduct patient profile monitoring and counseling.
• Manage pharmacy technicians and daily activities.
• Participate in quality audits and performance management.
• Communicate with medical professionals regarding patient status.
• Handle pharmaceutical recalls and adverse events.
• Represent the company professionally in interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy college.
• Valid state pharmacist license (Texas).
• Minimum two years of healthcare experience.
• Experience in a management role preferred.
• Dynamic leadership skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to organize and delegate tasks.
• Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses.
