Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Card Schemes and Payments Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth collaboration, growth and compliance with international card schemes. This is a key operational role, suited for someone with a strong background in online payments or card networks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to navigate both structured daily tasks and larger, cross-functional initiatives. This is a dynamic role that ensure to propel candidate’s growth trajectory in the global payment landscape.

In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison with Global Card schemes and Payments related partners.
• Lead and coordinate implementation and maintenance projects involving card schemes.
• Manage submission and oversight of reporting, support audits, and compliance mandates.
• Oversee strategic card scheme-related registrations and projects.
• Maintain and administer connectivity with card scheme and banking portals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on business needs.
• Open and close accounts as required for business needs.
• Resolve banking-related issues swiftly and effectively.
• Develop, manage, and report on strategic plans and partner health.
• Focus on US and Canada Schemes and Bank Partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the card schemes or online payments industry.
• Understanding of card scheme operations and Payments overall.
• Proven experience in payments with PCI DSS processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to identify issues before they arise.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Technically capable with online platforms and spreadsheets.
• Professional fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
