In Short

  • Support the design and implementation of sales enablement strategies.
  • Maintain sales training modules and customer toolkits.
  • Deliver ongoing training programs for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data for effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to sales training leadership and other teams.
  • Optimize and standardize the sales process.
  • Identify and evaluate sales enablement tools.
  • Travel approximately 15% of the year.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or training.
  • Experience developing training curriculum.
  • Ability to interpret and present clinical data.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with sales enablement platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
