In Short

  • Develop and Execute Enablement Programs to drive outcomes across Sales Engineering.
  • Equip the SE team with skills to position products effectively and articulate business value.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales leadership to decrease SE ramp time.
  • Utilize diverse methods for training delivery to upskill the SE team.
  • Develop enablement materials and resources for best-in-class programs.
  • Drive program adoption and measure success against key performance metrics.
  • Establish trust and credibility with SE leaders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2–5 years in a Pre-Sales enablement role.
  • Pre-Sales experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Pre-Sales frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical and business concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with building operational processes.
  • Builder mindset and creativity in designing training initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
