As the Director, CRM Operations, you will lead Nutrafol's CRM operations function, ensuring effective campaign delivery and process optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing operations
• Experience managing RFPs and platform migrations
• Strong technical understanding of marketing platforms
• 4+ years managing teams
• Expertise in campaign delivery and reporting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical tasks
