In Short

• Lead the end-to-end product management process for new products in the Hair & Skin professional categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
• Launch and manage a loyalty program.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights.
• Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans.
• Create compelling product messaging and launch campaigns.
• Plan and execute special gifting programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes.
• Partner with the Pro Paid Media team for product oversight.
• Provide insights into product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional upstream marketing experience.
• Proven experience executing marketing launches and leading Go to Market.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Experience managing a budget and invoicing.
• Adaptable team player comfortable in an agile environment.
• Estimated travel: 20-25%.
