Overview

The Senior Manager, Retail Education and Events is a visionary who will lead and develop Nutrafol’s national retail programs and initiatives. In this role, you will create and implement a comprehensive 360 retail omni-education strategy to drive the Nutrafol product portfolio and brand growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in retail education.
• Strong ability to produce engaging education programs.
• Influential leader with mentoring skills.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience with educational content for Sephora.
• Creative mindset for modern education strategies.
