Overview

Nutrafol is seeking a Manager, Loyalty Marketing to help scale and optimize our loyalty and retention initiatives, enhancing customer engagement and supporting long-term success.

In Short

• Support the Director of Loyalty Marketing in developing and executing the loyalty roadmap.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program.
• Lead Nutrafol’s referral program, including strategy and campaign execution.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of automated loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze loyalty KPIs and deliver insights for improvement.
• Support vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners.
• Contribute to the testing and optimization of loyalty tools and strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or loyalty programs.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty reporting.
• Familiarity with loyalty platforms and marketing automation tools.
• A creative problem solver passionate about customer retention.
