Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager will support the implementation of CDI’s tools and resources on college campuses, focusing on project management, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

In Short

• Support implementation processes and relationship management.
• Work with the Product team on partner requests.
• Manage project management tools in HubSpot and Asana.
• Coordinate internal tasks across multiple departments.
• Identify process inefficiencies for optimization.
• Maintain data in HubSpot and generate reports on performance.
• Collaborate with Growth, Education, Research, and Operations teams.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Requirements

• 3+ years in program coordination or data management.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, ideally HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
