Customer Experience Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate at Nutrafol, you will provide a high-level and empathetic customer experience while enhancing overall customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

In Short

• Remote position available for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
• Work schedule: 9am-6pm EST/8am-5pm CST, with at least one weekend day required.
• Handle customer calls and email inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
• Assist customers with navigating the Nutrafol website.
• Become an expert on Nutrafol products.
• Customize creative solutions for customer needs.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Participate in additional training to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a customer experience-related role; e-commerce or startup preferred.
• Proficient with ZenDesk, Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive approach towards customers.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Enjoy making customers smile.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
