The Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) is an entry-level engineering role responsible for providing professional first-line remote and onsite technical support to clients, ensuring service continuity and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid CCNA certification required.
• Experience with VOIP and IP telephony is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain a positive outlook and client-focused attitude.
