Service Delivery Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements for specific business objectives.
• Plan implementation engagements and deploy solution components.
• Engage with internal and client teams for smooth rollout of BigID solutions.
• Deliver training for respective technologies.
• Document product issues and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in product implementation.
• Understanding of Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data, and Security.
• Experience in problem identification and system architecture.
• Proactive approach to understanding business challenges.
• Professional experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Hadoop (HIVE/Spark).
• Experience with REST API.
• Programming or scripting skills with Java or Python.
