As a Service Delivery Engineer at Annalise.ai, you will ensure that clients, partners, and internal teams receive the best implementation and support experience for the use and integration of Annalise Enterprise solutions, playing a key role in delivering great customer experiences.

In Short

• Implement Annalise Enterprise solutions including software installation and configuration.
• Communicate project requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Train customer staff in support of Annalise Enterprise solutions.
• Manage Ubuntu Linux enterprise systems remotely.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues effectively.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Act as a technical expert and assist sales with proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery and support frameworks.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines including HIPAA and ISO.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Degree in computer science or similar discipline.
• Experience with case management tools like Salesforce and Jira.
• Familiarity with AWS and VMWare.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare informatics.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and healthcare information protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.
