Overview

As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and optimizing our clients' cloud environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive incident resolution.

In Short

• Monitor and maintain client cloud infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve cloud-based incidents proactively.
• Handle first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents.
• Execute maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
• Contribute to project work and disaster recovery functions.
• Create and update knowledge articles for efficient incident resolution.

• Work on-site in Bangkok, Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Basic knowledge of cloud, networking, and data center products.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Active listening skills to understand client requests.
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations and longer hours if needed.
• Positive outlook and resilience in a pressurized environment.
