Overview

As a Managed Service Cloud Engineer, you will provide first-line support for customers using Google Cloud Platform solutions, focusing on performance and availability of applications.

• First line engineering support for Managed Services customers.
• Optimize performance and availability of applications on Google Cloud.
• Develop automation scripts in Terraform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug cloud-native applications.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in development languages like Python, Go, Bash.
• Scripting and configuration experience with Linux and Windows.
• Working experience or certifications in GCP or other cloud providers.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
