Overview

The Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) is responsible for providing managed services to clients by proactively identifying and resolving cloud-based incidents and problems, ensuring a high level of service.

In Short

• Provide managed services to clients in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in cloud services are preferred.
• Seasoned experience in engineering within medium to large ICT organizations.
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience managing platforms including Linux Server Administration.
• Ability to communicate across cultures and social groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
• Proven experience in client-focused roles.
