In Short

  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Develop plans to increase sales revenue
  • Provide insights in senior staff meetings
  • Address challenges and foster a positive work environment
  • Oversee internal management areas

  • Build relationships with senior management at channels and end users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of sales management experience or related sales experience, (electrical/manufacturing/distribution industry preferred)
  • Superior writing, editing, and public speaking skills
  • Experience in developing communication and campaign strategies
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior staff
  • Exemplary project management skills
  • Knowledge of issues related to NSI customer interests
  • Must reside in the region, location preference in Texas, and be near a major airport
