Overview

NSI Industries – HVAC Division is seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our winning sales team. If you are a highly motivated team player who is interested in an exciting career with a leading global manufacturer then this job is for you! You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with regional accounts consisting of HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork/sheet metal fabricators.

In Short

  • Promote HVAC products through meetings, site visits, calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Grow sales by maintaining existing business and prospecting new accounts.
  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment at duct fabrication shops.
  • Communicate sales volumes and maintain CRM records.
  • Analyze pricing and respond to competitive actions.
  • Network at trade shows and industry events.
  • Conduct product training for distributors.
  • Travel 50-75%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a regional or territory sales manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
