We are looking for a first-of-a-kind Client Manager in Australia to join our Commercial team to drive growth in our strategic engagements. nPlan uses advanced AI to challenge the traditional methods of project planning and execution in major construction projects. If you have managed construction projects, really want to change the game in the delivery of projects and want to work for the world leader of AI in project controls, this could well be for you.

• Join our Commercial team to orchestrate engagements to drive renewal and growth in our customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure we outperform expectations.
• Coordinate within each account team to efficiently deliver against our objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organization.
• Empower customers to self-serve using nPlan.
• Travel within the APAC region and internationally for client or team meetings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Background in project management or construction management is essential.
