Client Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and partners, ensuring client satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement clinical program strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, PharmD or Clinical related required
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy or managed care
• Prior client management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel (20%-40%)
