Client Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Manager serves as the account holder and first level of case escalations, building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met to improve customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Support Asia's clients.
• Work with Account Manager on client service and delivery strategy.
• Handle standard client contract management and renewals.
• Take ownership of client administration tasks.
• Identify and engage key client points of contact.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss performance results.
• Monitor account trends and provide proactive notifications.
• Manage a portfolio of clients to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support special projects such as platform migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
• 3-4 years of working experience.
• Client management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Good business acumen on company operations and services.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
