• Work closely with the Product Owner to refine product requirements.
• Lead DevOps efforts, managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Get hands-on with QA testing, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams.
• Own service delivery workflows for AI-powered customer engagement.
• Build SaaS onboarding flows and customer dashboards.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in service delivery.
