The AI-Powered Service Delivery Manager at Icorp will oversee product development deliverables, refine requirements, and lead DevOps and QA processes to ensure efficient development, testing, and deployment of our AI-driven platform.

• Oversee development team deliverables ensuring high quality and deadline compliance.
• Work closely with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate collaboration between distributed teams ensuring smooth communication.
• Manage service delivery flows optimizing customer engagement driven by AI.
• Develop onboarding flows for SaaS and self-service configuration tools.
• Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks ensuring optimal AI service performance.
• Lead DevOps initiatives managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in QA testing ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience in AI service delivery or product-led growth models.
• Deep knowledge of AI-driven customer interactions and automation.
• Experience creating SaaS onboarding flows and self-service tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven virtual assistants and customer experience analytics.
• Strong experience in DevOps including cloud infrastructure and automated testing.
• Proven experience leading global development teams.
• Hands-on experience in QA testing and optimization for AI applications.
