AMP is looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution PEP/402(a) Account Manager positions, providing a home office set-up and a great work experience for remote employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Experience with pricing and billing is a plus.
• Familiarity with PEP, 402(a), and/or 3(16) service models is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of non-discrimination testing.
• NIPA or ASPPA credentials preferred.
• College degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Ability to multitask and committed to lifelong learning.
