In Short

  • Own a territory of Enterprise Healthcare IDNs and Payer organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and contracting.
  • Define and implement territory sales plans to build a network of key clients.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, Marketing, and product teams to drive growth.
  • Provide iterative feedback to product and solutions teams for improvement.
  • Manage organizational relationships and interpret performance metrics.
  • Travel up to 50% as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS companies in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Existing sales track record and VP+ relationships within payer organizations.
  • Domain expertise in Value Based Care, Risk Adjustment, Utilization Management, HEDIS, and member engagement.
  • General understanding of cloud infrastructures within Enterprise Healthcare Provider organizations.
