In Short

• Full-time position with hours from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• Collaborate with department managers to align goals with organizational objectives.
• Maintain customer relations with patients, families, and physicians.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding order management.
• Educate referring physicians on order completeness.
• Participate in clinical teams to streamline outpatient order processes.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely follow-through.
• Perform denial management for infusion cases.
• Document trends and processes related to order management.
• Serve as a resource for regulatory standards in outpatient orders.

Requirements

• Registered Nursing license issued by the State of Illinois.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Preferred: Financial healthcare background and certifications in case management.
