Overview

We are seeking Sales Executive's to join our team! This role focuses on developing and growing our Texas market by packaging Nomi services through brokers, consultants, and TPA partners to meet client needs.

In Short

  • Identify and target potential clients within the TPA, broker, and consulting sectors
  • Conduct and utilize market research to generate qualified leads
  • Leverage networking opportunities to develop introductions and new client opportunities
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Develop custom presentations for each unique client
  • Support the Global Sales Leader on their clients and take the lead on your own portfolio
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a consultative manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Generate regular reports for management review
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to visit clients and attend industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in health benefits and healthcare fintech
  • Expertise in Nomi products such as Analytics, Network contracts, and Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Proven track record of success in global sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
