• Develop and execute a national clinical sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Set clear short- and long-term targets for clinical adoption and revenue milestones.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing clinical sales team across the nation.
• Take full ownership of national disposable revenue by setting aggressive targets.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize clinical sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape market strategies.
• Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a spokesperson in national clinical forums and industry events.
• Drive initiatives that enhance brand recognition and market leadership.
• Ensure team members are equipped to exceed patient and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
• 5+ years in sales operations and/or sales management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with strengths in managing multiple projects.
