In Short

• Build and execute high impact go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and utilization
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
• Drive lead generation initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Build Regional KOL network to drive product advocacy
• Lead planning and execution of new product launches
• Collaborate with key account sales team to understand customer needs
• Develop educational content and promotional materials
• Implement lead scoring and qualification processes
• Support sales interactions and accelerate deal progression
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic mindset to analyze market trends
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% of the time
