Requirements

• 10+ years of medical device sales experience.
• 7-10+ years managing a regional team.
• Experience in start-up or early-stage commercial environments.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively (at least 70%).
