The Director of Clinical Affairs will provide strategic leadership and oversight of global clinical development programs across multiple therapy platforms and geographies, serving as the clinical research authority within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in clinical research development.
  • Minimum of 5 years in drug development studies.
  • Solid track record in executing Phase I – III clinical trials.
  • Experience with FDA and global regulatory submissions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance teams.
  • Background in Oncology/Neuro-Oncology preferred.
  • Experience in writing clinical protocols and reports.
  • Strong track record of regulatory agency interactions.
  • Ability to translate clinical data into regulatory claims.
