In Short

• Responsible for installation of INSIGHTEC equipment and services.
• Conduct customer site inspections and design planning.
• Coordinate delivery and installation with customers and third parties.
• Document processes for continuous improvement.
• Manage project schedules and communications.
• Provide training and support to internal teams.
• Support the commercial team with site planning.
• Travel within the Americas for installations.
• Ensure smooth customer experience during handoffs.
• Drive timely documentation and project closures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in a similar project management role.
• Experience with facilities and supply chain management.
• High customer awareness and proactive communication.
• Independent and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
