Overview

As a Senior Manager, Customer Base at NinjaOne, you will lead a team of sales managers responsible for driving revenue growth across our existing customer base. This is a critical second-line leadership role focused on building leadership capability, scaling high-performing teams, and driving strategic execution across customer expansion, retention, and growth.

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
  • Use data to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Partner with various departments to align on growth initiatives.
  • Drive alignment between execution and broader revenue goals.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for customer situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience leading through managers.
  • Ability to operate strategically using data and forecasting.
  • Understanding of consultative and value-based sales methodologies.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools.
  • Background in IT Operations, SaaS, or cloud technology preferred.
